If you can afford it we highly recommend a room with a view. We think that it is the only reason to stay in Niagara Falls-- which other than the falls and a nice park along the falls is incredibly tacky. The lights lighting the falls at night were very cool.

The hotel is comfortable and very average, but for the view. The room was clean, a decent size and the bathrooms modern and good sized. The staff was excellent-- all around, including very responsive management.

I would skip the restaurant-pretty mediocre to say the least

We highly recommend a drive up to Niagara on the Lake--the area surrounding Niagara Falls itself is beautiful and next time we go to the area would consider staying there. It is a beautiful area with some nice vineyards.

Niagara Falls is worth a visit--once, and if you are going to stay there, this hotel is a good choice.

Was at the Sheraton for 1 night with my mom. A great looking hotel from the outside and the inside too!

I had booked a standard room with no view over the phone but on check in was upgraded to a room with a partial view free of cost. The room was on the 8th floor and through the window, the Canadian falls were clearly visible.

Room: Great room, with 2 double beds - a fireplace but No fridge which was irritating!. Large size marble bathroom with fluffy towels and the all the extras.

Breakfast: Our tariff included free buffet breakfast in the dining room on the 13th floor. Great views of the falls while you have b/f. The b/f ranged from full english to croissants, fresh fruits, cooked meats and everything else you can think of - and an omellete bar where a lady cooks upto three custom made omelletes at a time!

In summary, a great hotel, great rooms and great service!

My husband and I hosted a 50th Anniversary Party for our 20 member family last weekend. at the Sheraton on the Falls. From the time of booking 5 rooms to check out, we were treated extremely well. Accommodation selection, amenities, dining room and congierge service, etc. more than met our expectations. By the way, the view of the Falls from the corner suites, floors 17 thru 21
was spectacular.

The Sheraton on the Falls is perfect located, next to the Falls and to many restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly. Stayed at a corner suite, with fantastic views of the Falls. The suite was spacious and includes a fire place and sitting area. The view from the small balcony on the Falls was amazing. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Best was the bathroom with jacuzzi and Fall views.
