I just wanted to let you know that our stay at your hotel was fantastic. In particular I would like to commend you on the individual (unfortunately whose name escapes me) who checked us in on Sunday June 22nd, specifically my wife and I were traveling with our 2 small children one of which required medication that needed to be refrigerated. I mentioned this to the individual who checked us in and requested a "small" fridge for the room, not only did they offer to have the fridge delivered immediately but they also offered to waive the fee, I realize that the cost to me was nominal ($15.00 to $20.00) but it was very busy at your check in time and your staff member could have easily just charged me and moved on to the next customer.

I wanted to express my gratitude towards your staff & hotel for making a difference to me……As someone who travels both personally & professionally these small gestures mean the most as it goes along way in showing me that it's not always about just getting paid.

I'm sorry to take up your time with this e-mail but I just wanted to say thank you……and let you know that we have every intention of returning to your hotel!!

Perfect location, plenty of elevators, quick check-in/out, and did I mention the view?!! Beautiful! Not a single problem, we were there to have fun and we did.

Canada: The Sheraton on the Falls

Reviewer: My husband and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary on June 25 and decided to go the Niagara Falls which we had never visited before. After price comparing and checking online with each hotel, The Sheraton on the Falls was our choice. This hotel has the best staff and accommodations by far. Our room was excellent and we had a great view of all the falls which was grand especially at night when the falls change colors. Our overall stay at the Sheraton was one that we will not forget! I have recommended this hotel to many of our friends and family members who are now planning a trip to Niagara Falls after viewing our movie and pics.

Stayed in a two level suite on one of the upper floors with 2 children. Room View was Excellent for both Falls - better than expected.
Easy walk to see the falls up close and to many attractions/casinos. Parking was a bit inconvenient; we parked the car ourselves in the adjacent parkade most of the trip as the valet service was slow.
The water park was still under construction when we stayed there so can't comment on that.
Based on our past stay, would definitely stay at this hotel again on an upper floor with fallsview since the view was so great.
