The sweetest Scottish/Canadian woman served coffee and made sure I was well taken care of during my recent stay.

I stayed here just for the night with my wife to spend some money at the casino but quickly realized how relaxed the atmosphere was. Everyone jumped whenever we needed anything at all and made us feel extremely welcome. At breakfast time it was great to wake up to everyone smiling and happy to see us. The beds were amazing and the front desk person was quick to supply us with a number for their suppliers. The rooms were clean and the 6 storey atrium made us feel like we woke up in a summery french quater. My parents 40th wedding anniversary is coming up and I also inquired about purchasing them a package weekend.


We'll be back for sure!

We recently stayed at the Hampton over the Christmas holidays. The rooms were great. I fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. You can smell how clean the place was when you first walked in. Courtney at check in was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning had everything you can ask for and fresh. The only problem we had was when my daughter asked for a hot chocolate a Scottish woman said no they didn't have any but then she asked another young lady and she gave it to her. And when breakfast was over my daughter asked the same Scottish lady if she can have some juice, she turned the machine on and walked away, without giving her a juice glass, she was also looked and acted very rudely to my daughter like it was an inconvenience because she wanted to go home. Overall the other staff was wonderful. Yes I would stay again as long as the Scottish woman goes and takes customer service lessons.

We just came back from spending one night in Niagara Falls. The Hampton Inn was clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable and the staff friendly. The location is within walking distance of everything. I would recommend this for families for sure! The pool was clean, the continental breakfast delicious! Overall, a great experience!
