My DH, DD, & I went to the Courtyard for a quick spur of the moment visit. We picked this hotel based on the great deal we found. $69 for the night.
Upon arriving at the hotel we were offered a room upgrade for $20, I told the front desk that if I had wanted that room upgrade I could have gotten it when I booked for $10. She then asked if I wanted it for $10. I said no thanks. She then gave us a free upgrade to the Jr. Presidential Suite. Which has a large jacuzzi in the room and a fireplace, that was only for show. Gave off no heat whatsoever.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we were happy with the room for the value. I would have not been as happy if we would have had paid summer rates over $200 a night.
We used the pool, whirlpool, and sauna. All the vending machines on EVERY floor were not working. I bought a small bottle of pop from the front desk for $3!!!!!!!
The gym looked very nice and if I had brought proper attire I definitely would have used it.
The hotel was centrally located to Clifton Hill and Casino Niagara.
Overall we enjoyed this property and would return if we could get the same deal.

“Another relaxing weekend overall!”

Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls

This was our second trip in a few months to this location. We enjoy the hotel's 2 night weekend packages in the winter season. The front desk staff are professional but make sure your educated on the price of rooms/packages on the hotels website. If you don't have a reservation, they may try to charge you more for the same package. Otherwise, they will honour what they advertise if you call them on it. The rooms are clean, rooms with 2 queens beds have a total of 10 pillows! Bonus! Rooms are spacious although water running in nearby rooms can be loud. Watch for late night kids returning from local clubs at hotels closer to Clifton Hill. Make sure you leave the do not disturb sign on your door before you go to bed or you may be awakend by the maids! Breakfast is always good and the Keg is almost never less than perfect. You can walk to the Casino and Clifton Hill and there is a good selection of restaurants in the area. We would return in the future.

I and my husband stayed here last October 2007, on a two night package deal(created by hotel).

We found all the staff helpful and very friendly. When ever we passed by housekeeping in the hallway, they always smiled and said "hello".

The breakfasts we had were okay and we really liked how they offered breakfast past 10am every day of the week. The dinner voucher was a nice touch with a choice between the Keg and TGIF.
We chose the Keg, and it was good.

The indoor pool is nice for "splashing" around in, but not so great for lap swimming( a bit too small and shallow).

The hotel is in a really great location...we walked everywhere... the only time we used the car, was to get to the Butterfly conservatory.

Aside from the Falls itself the best attractions for us, were, Journey Behind the Falls, The Skylon Tower, and the Bird Kingdom.

We were pleased with our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, as we have with other Marriott hotels we have been to in the past.

My wife and I thought the 2 night package was an excellent value. We went in mid January and seemed to have the place to ourselves. We were usually the only ones in the pool/whirlpool and sauna. Never had to wait for an elevator. Liked the abundant towels at the pool. Pretty good central location. We walked all over the place. Good breakfast and liked the shuttle pass. Used the dinner voucher at Friday's which was average. Restaurant prices are very high and they have a high tax. Rooms and the entire motel were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Management called to make sure the room was to our satisfaction after we checked in. Had a large room with comfortable bed. Could see the American Falls through the trees from our room. Didn't like the $10 per night parking fee but was less than what the falls view motels charge. Could have parked free at the Casino but we didn't think it was worth the hassle. We would definitely stay here again.
