Loved this hotel!!! Very new! Very clean! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The concierge was very accomadating. Check in was a breeze. It was nice to be escorted to our room, which you don't always get at the bigger hotels even if you have the nicest room. Room was large and quiet. Never heard a noise outside of the hotel or in the hallways while we were in our room. Bathroom was nice and so was the empty mini fridge which we took advantage of and filled with beer and softdrinks that we brought from the states. It's located in between the American falls and the Canadian falls, about the same distance walk to each. The breakfast was small, but we don't usually eat breakfast so it was fine for us, and it was always on time. We took a taxi most places. They were pretty cheap and the front desk had no problem getting them there in under 5 minutes, usually less. We did our own wine tour of the nearby vineyards and had a great time. My husband & I stayed for 2 nights July 6-8, 2008; we were upgraded to a deluxe room with a seating area. We can't say enough about how nice the property is, the beautiful hardwood floors & contemporary furnishings were elegant & relaxing. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to change the mattresses to ones that have a bit more "give"; they were quite hard, but I still managed to sleep ok. Don't miss dining at the fabulous AG restaurant on property; it was much better than the "fallsview" restaurant we tried.

Short getaway! This room was very romantic. Looks from the outside is decieving. I think the hotel was once a bread factory, or something. Once you arrive, the hotel staff was very helpful, and nice. The rooms decor is contemp. Plasma tv, fireplace, and the bathroom is very inviting. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but my husband slept fine. The spa was nice, prices compared to other spas. For the price, it was a better deal, unless you want a fallsview room. Close proximity to all attractions, Clifton Hill, and the falls. Nice hotel.
