I booked this hotel solely on its good reviews on tripadvisor. I booked directly on the hotel website and got 2 rooms at $64 each! So cheap and such a good deal as the hotel is so nice! Location excellent, so close to Clifton hill and all those tacky attractions and a short walk to the falls. The hotel looks fairly new, parking was free, staff extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

While looking online for a Niagara getaway, my spouse and I found this hotel's 2-night, dinner & whirlpool suite offer, and it turned out to be a great experience. The room itself was lovely, new, and clean, as were the hallways, elevators, lobby, pool, fitness facility, and breakfast room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel to attractions and restaurants is very reasonable for walking. There was ample free parking at the hotel as well, but we were told they will soon be adding on a parking fee. And as everyone else reports, absolutely make sure you take in the complimentary deluxe continental breakfast - it's the best free hotel breakfast you're ever going to come across, and it's served until 10:30 a.m., so play it right and you won't need to buy lunch either!

The only minor annoyance of the room was its lack of towel holders, especially by the sink. With nothing to hang the hand towel on, it never dried.

Overall, when booking this hotel, you may feel confident that you are making a good choice!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 1 month old son to celebrate our anniversary as we do each year in Niagara Falls. This hotel is brand new and is very clean inside and out. It is located very central to Clifton Hills in Niagara with lots of things to get to within walking distance. The staff were very efficient for check in and the hotel itself is very organized. Two of the best features this hotel offers is the free onsite parking and the complimentary breakfast each morning. We have stayed at tons of hotels over the many years, but this one has the best breakfast. From 7-10:30am daily you can get bagels, toast, fresh hot waffles, cereal, bard boiled eggs, cheese, muffins, fruit, juices and coffee. Stocked well and you leave full not having to paid for a greasy spoon breakfast that is over priced in the area. The pool is well maintained and the fitness centre has some cardio equipment to use (no weights). The rooms are very tidy and contemporary in design. A good size and even with an infant we didn't have any problems with hearing others in the hotel. Overall we would defintely stay at this hotel again. Reasonable priced with great service and ammentities.

We went there for our thirteenth anniversary and it was just perfect in every way. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were immaculate, the pool area and jacuzzi were great. The continental breakfast was very good. It's only a short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. We will absolutely, definitely stay here again.
