When we arrived in this hotel it appeared to be very clean, tidy and well presented. The staff were extreamly helpful and access around the hotel was very easy.

If I was to pick holes in this hotel I would only mention two points:

1) Whirlpool - (Take a gas mask) The fumes from the chlorine were so strong it choked you big time. My partner has sensitive eyes and could not keep them open becuase of the fumes.

2) Car parking - This was an issue because if we arived back to the hotel after 10 at night the car park was bursting at the seams.
There was an overflow car park at the rear but at night time it was difficult to see.

These were only minor problems as I would use this hotel again because of the friendly staff, comfy rooms, location and its cleanliness.

This hotel was very nice and the staff were very professional.
The room was very clean and confortable. The price was very reasonnable too!

We stayed for a week, clean and well equiped room. very convenient to get quickly to down town and other nearby attractions. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Served quite a good breakfast in basement resturant. Very convenient shopping mall accross the road from hotel.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgable. Rooms were great, was travelling with family so we had 2 rooms. Clean, well appointed and large rooms, we were on the 4th floor facing the pool. No outside noise at all. Easy to get to Parliament, Byward and downtown. The drive was only 10 minutes, lot's of services across the street from Macies. We had breakfast both mornings at the hotel, excellent! Prices for the hotel room and cafe were very reasonable. For those who like their Timmies coffee it's a bit of a drive, maybe 5 minutes. Just that I am used to having them closer to me, where I live. Great amenities at this location, pool, hot tub and free internet. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Free Parking too!
