The staff was rather presumptuous and not very helpful. The pool area is very nice, but the rooms with the balconies are completely run down and in need of renovation. I was surprised to see such mistrust in guests regarding pool towels. When I went to the front desk to fetch them on my way to the pool I had to sign for them! And then, after use, I had to return the wet towels to the front desk again! What a procedure! Due to the mistrust they have I also informed the front desk that my room did not have an ironing board. I was affraid they would suspect I had stolen it :).
