My wife, daughter and I along with her 2 small children stayed for four days at this hotel, the service was excellent!! The manager and his staff made certain our stay was exceptional, we would stay here in a hearbeat on our next return to the Sault Ste. Marie in Ontario Canada.

I stay at this hotel for one to two nights about every second week. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, very large with great TVs. I get a king-size each visit that also comes with a table, 2 chairs, a nice-sized desk, a fridge, coffee maker.
Staff is extrememly friendly (but then they mostly all know me and call me by name).
Complimentary continental breakfast is OK but not great. Some cold cereal selections would be nice. Usually juice, bagels, a sweet roll of some type and some bananas.
I wish they had express check-out where the bill is just slipped under your door on the morning of check-out.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I am very happy with my stays over the past two years.

Terrible is a word that doesn't even begin to describe this motel that is run by people who don't know a thing about running a hotel. The staff is overwhelmed with work and the manager is nowhere to be seen. But here's the best one. None of the stoppers work in the bathtubs so the hotel manager asks you to pull out the stopper and jamb in the facecloth until the tub fills up. When I demanded to talk to the manager he ran from his office and hid somewhere in ther motel. And for this I paid $75 a night! But I won't be fooled again.

If all you want is cheap then this is it. The service wasn't just bad it was weird - a bit creepy is what I'd say. With all the choices, including cheap ones, I'd stay as far away from this one as possible.
