Keith and Jacqueline were wonderfully interesting hosts who we enjoyed having breakfast with each morning. You very much get the feeling that you are staying in their house as thier guests and not as just some unknown traveller. I enjoyed my time at the Bala and plan on returning next summer.

We stayed at BALA B&B the last 2 years during our visit to St. Catharines,and already reserved for May 2008. Obviously we love
the property and the hospitality of Jauquline & Keith.

Staying at Bala Place was a wonderful experience for my 2 children, ages 7 and 16 and myself. As a single mom, I really felt taken care of. Our hosts, Jacqueline and Keith were warm and gracious. They made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were fantastic, and a welcome start to each day, Bala Place is cozy, inviting and extremely clean. The pool and gardens are beautiful. The location is perfect and we enjoyed nightly visits to Port Dalhousie and days at Niagara-on-the-Lake. Jacqueline and Keith always had helpful tips on restaurants and attractions. Staying at Bala Place also afforded my children to meet people from other countries. We are very much looking forward to the next opportunity we have to visit Bala Place.

We arrived in Canada having booked the Bala Palace bed and Breakfast for our first two nights accommodation. We enjoyed the friendship and local knowledge generously given by Keith and and his wife Jacqueline so much that we had no hesitation booking again for our last night in Canada.
Their home is spotlessly clean and Jacqueline does a super breakfast to start your day. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home.
