We arrived after 2 long days of travelling. The weather was really bad. Not one word of welcome from the lady who ownes this hotel. Only 'how can you be so stupid to park in front of the hotel!'. Sorry, no other parking available, only at the beginning of town. In my opinion it is usual to unload your car in front of the hotel. We have waited for more then 20 minutes for the key. Our small children were crying. Finally we took the keys of our appartments ourselves. The next day we had a cup of coffee in the restaurant. Our daugther fall down the stairs (all the way down). The owner, sitting at the table next to us, was not even asking if the kid was ok. Neither did the waitress. We stayed there for one week, not once in that week the owners said hello or goodmorning. Not one smile on their faces. They must really have a terrible life if you have to look that bad and don't like to pay any interest in the guests. Other guests were also complaining about this. One evening my husband helped a lady on the path up to the hotel. It was very slippery. This lady was almost crying because she could not reach the hotel. We have decided that this people should not earn one extra euro of us this week and we had our drinks at other places. We have travelled all over the world, but this was our worst experience ever. My son of 6 asked me, 'why doesn't any body laugh in this place?' On the way home, we stayed in a nice small hotel in Germany, were people work with a smile on their faces and where you really feel at home. That's the way it should be.
