We had a fantastic four days here ! It's a real gem of a place.

Lovely location, great room ( book the Moose suite if you can!) Great hosts who make everyone feel welcome and go out of their way to help.

I'm not going to say much more in case too many people discover this place and we can't get booked in again!

A real Hiker's paradise. Definitely not for the room service/ minibar types. Only thing we would change is the communal dining - it's hit or miss whether that works sometimes - I guess we prefer optional socialising but it's a small point and everyone is different.

There are renovations planned which will no doubt improve the lodge even more - we wish Chris and Shari Lynn all the best!

We absolutely loved this place! This little valley is one of God's peaceful places, beautiful and blessed with a lovely lodge overlooking it. Everything about it was incredible. The food, the innkeepers, the view; just goregeous. Chris and Shari make you feel right at home and more than a guest. It's a very quiet, peaceful place. We even saw a Mountain Lion just 25 feet from our cabin! We also saw Moose every morning and night. A great excape from the hussle and bussle of the summer tourist crowds in Banff. We highly recommend it to everyone. Not to be missed when you visit Banff. If we ever go back to Banff, we will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at Mount Engadine Lodge. Chris and Shari-Lynn, the new managers of the Engadine Lodge are terrific hosts and the staff that they have working at the lodge are warm and friendly. Everyone is made to feel very welcome at the Lodge and the staff take extra steps to get to know each individual.

The food was excellent and there definitely was plenty of it to enjoy. Afternoon tea relaxing with a book was a great way to wind down after a long hike.

Watching the moose off the balcony of the Lodge was nature at its best. and the hiking in the Canadian Rockies is spectacular. (I recommend the Karst hike even for the rookie hiker - beautiful waterfall)..

I would like to say thank you to Chris and Shari-Lynn for their wonderful hospitality and we look forward to dropping by for tea after a hard day of skiing in Kananaskis.

The lodge offers luxury for hikers. The hosts were warm and catered to our every need. The highlight for us was the food, cooked to perfection by Jason.

A great lodge with incredible views. The best part though is the owners and the employees. They are awesome. The service is top notch and they are just fun and helpful to be around.
