First off I'd like to say my room was gorgeous but getting in to it was the problem. It took me 2 hrs just to find the place, it's not on any maps & even the people in town didn't know what I was talking about. There are no signs visible to even find it, there was a HUGE sign for the Kimberley Lodge, after the 2hrs hrs of searching I saw to the far right, across the street from the Kimberley Lodge sign was a tiny sign saying, Trickle Treek Condos so I went that way. It was the right place.
When I got in I found out that when I had cancelled one of my nights they had cancelled both! The girl at the desk, Amanda, was wonderful, she quickly found me a room but it was in another buliding that didn't even have parking in front of it. It had underground parking, but again because there were no signs, & already dark, I couldn't find it. I ended up having to walk across an unpaved dusty field to get to my room. I had 3 large dogs with me, & as I couldn't find the front entrance I used an open side door & had to walk up 5 flights of stairs, with my suitcase & 3 dogs to get to my room.
There is a $75 pet fee which is outrageous! They put mine down to 50 but still!! I also got a discount on my room which was very nice, but with the pet fee & taxes I still ended up paying $170 for one night.
not sure if it was worth all the trouble to stay there again :(
