When we arrived we dealt with the night porter who could not speak a word of english, thus, we never received our wake up call in the morning, that we had requested, thus, nearly missing our flight. On the way back trying to book cab back to hotel to collect car, we were told we needed booking confirmation that the hotel was supposed to give us when checking in.

The room and facilities were old and need of maintenace, I would say 2star.

Very Family - Unfriendly, I had my child with us and on opening the main door the cigarette smoke from the bar choked us all whilst standing in reception!! The the manager of the bar was drunk with punters who had filthy mouths in front of my child.
Clearly, this hotel was one from hell, needs new management and knocking down and starting again!!
