£13 for fish and chips.
£14 for steak pie.
All tasty enough, but really just slightly-above-average pub food at restaurant prices. Not really worth the money, at maybe £5 more per dish than you'd pay at other pubs in town.
My pie, for £14, came with a tiny amount of vegetables, and about 3 new potatoes, halved. The filling itself was rich and tasty, but as is the new trend, it wasn't so much a pie as a bowl of stew with an almost non-existent puff-pastry lid. Had to swipe some of the mother-in-law's chips, and left feeling hungry.
