We went to Looe for a holiday in July and my son wanted to try his hand at Surfing, so we thought we would go to the home of surfing, Newquay.
We googled surf schools and Blue Wings came up as a possible choice. We rang and left a message with our details. We did not know what to expect, but we got a call back very quickly and we were given a very good impression straight away.
When we arrived the following morning for my sons lesson we were greeted by Mart who was very welcoming and made my son feel at ease, he was then given all the equipment required. The group went to the beach where we went to watch and you could tell this was the right surf school of choice as they were given the tuition required on the beech first before moving into the water. They must be doing something right as most of the group were up on the board at some point, some for a few seconds, but there were quite a few who caught some waves for a good run.
In all we went 4 times times to Blue Wings and we could not fault Mart and Dave for everything they do, they were always polite and available to help when required. We would highly recommend Blue Wings Surf School if you are in the area, we were 40 minutes away and it didn't stop us keep going back.
