Have stayed here about 6-7 times over the last 10 years for a week each July. Various family have joined us over the years. Fantastic location and walkable to all facilities in St Ives but especially Porthmeor & the Tate (2 minutes). Great views from the front. Easy access by road for loading/unloading & a car park across the road. Very quiet from traffic though as road is a minor one. Very modern, continually updated and immaculately clean rooms & lounge/breakfast area. Linda & David are perfect & friendly hosts. Nothing seems too much trouble and they have great memories for remembering faces, names & life details.
Breakfasts are varied with choice & plenty of healthier/ligher options available including fresh fruit, yoghurts, fruit compotes, mueslis etc. to compliment the hot items.
