Stayed for 1 night only but was really impressed with this B&B.

Had a pot of tea and biccys given on arrival and was offered a larger
bedded room due to my height (although never had a prob with a double but it was a nice thought anyway).

Both rooms we saw were clean, light, bright, warm and very modern in their decoration. The top floor room we were in had great views over Carbis and most important of all we had an excellent nights sleep with no noise from other guests or traffic etc. There were good facilities in the room with teas, coffees biscuits and varieties of soaps shampoos etc. TV had freeview and DVD player.

The walk to St. Ives was a lovely stroll along the coast path bout 20 mins away and the taxi back was £4.50. Food in the Lifeboat was top notch and very reasonable in price.

Had a quick chat with Gill and Mike next morning and they genuinely want their guests to have a great stay. Our only negative was that the shower could have had more oomph. This would have got them a perfect 5. Overall though for the £30 pppn we paid represented outstanding value for money. Many thanks for our short stay!
