The rooms are just about OK, the staff seemed fine, if a little disinterested, but I do have to take issue with the food in the restaurant.
Breakfast wasn't bad - you can't really go wrong with a fried breakfast, but dinner was distinctly average. I'm no gourmet, but I can only think that other reviewers favorite 'restaurants' are Beefeaters and TGI Friday's.
They are certainly aiming at a certain part of the market, with poorly cooked steaks and very average chicken dishes that looked like they were prepackaged. It wasn't even reasonably priced.
Take a look at the Barcelona in the centre if you want a nice hotel, with a good restaurant serving tasty, well cooked food for a similar price.
