We stayed over the christmas holidays and were well looked after by the owners Elaine and Steve. We parked outside the B+B on the street and needed a permit which was supplied by the guest house. Our room was very clean warm and cosy. It was an ensuite double and cost us £48 a night. The house was nicely decorated and felt like a home from home.
We managed to find a shop round the corner for a morning paper and a pub which served a decent pint of John Smith's. The house was only 100 metres from the sea front.
Overall, the Mariner's offered very good value for money, was spotless and served up a tasty breakfast.
