Great stay as usual and Dawn is Back as General Manager, meaning that things are better than ever! Great Breakfast, VERY helpful staff and I will go back again and staff situation has never been better!:) Food still good and Rooms are cosy with lovely South facing garden views. Third floor is nice and quiet too!

“Fantastic Staff”

Woodcroft Tower Hotel

We are a couple who were seeking a mini break in Bournemouth & couldn't have wished to choose a more friendly & welcoming hotel. From our arrival to departure ALL the staff were nothing but polite, courteous & helped make the break as fantastic as it was. We arrived early & they allowed us to check in to our room early (bonus!) Our 1st room was directly above the kitchen & incredibly hot & noisy. We enquired if we could possibly swap rooms & the staff were so helpful in fulfilling our request. We were given an absolutely beautiful room, quiet, sunny & with a nice breeze too! I guess if there were any criticisms it would be that you have to pre-book for an evening meal - would be nice to be able to decide on the night if you want to eat in the hotel that night. Like I said though, this is just a small observation & should not deter you from staying here!!! The hotel is fantastically located for an easy stroll to the beach, pier etc & Bournemouth's huge selection of restaurants are a 5/10minute walk away. All in all, we had a fabulous time at the Woodcroft, and should we happen to stay in Bournemouth again - we would definitely book ourselves in at the Woodcroft!!!

“Excellent Service, Brilliant Food!”

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and was astounded at the excellent staff service. The food was exceptional and suggest the Sunday lunches, the waiting staff were very polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bournemouth as it is peaceful and yet extremely close to all the attractions. The hotel offers a large variety of events which ensures that your stay is as active as possible. Keep up the excellent service!
