We stayed at the hotel on two occasions now and I would strongly recommand it for a real Brighton experience. We loved the funky bar and had delicious cocktails there and if you are lucky enough to meet the owners they'll put some drinks on the house! The all experience was fantastic. Very chilled out and competent staff that can recommend the best places to eat and drink. Superbe breakfast, all organic and yummy... the room was spotless, I loved the walk-in shower and the beds are very very comfy! I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a weekend there for valentines but they are shut for renovation at the moment. We will be watching out for when they reopen in May and will no doubt spend romantic weekends away at the Oriental again!

We decided to spend new year with friends in brighton and thought we would try a B&B near the water front. What a great little hotel, the owners are so friendly and the rooms give you exactly what you need. The Breakfast is simply amazing and totally organic which is very rare. I would totally recommend this little hotel to others. The tip with parking is to drop off the luggage and then drive west to the end of the water front, where there is no restricted parking and then walk back, it'll give you a great walk back in the fresh sea air and of course a little exercise before heading into the hotels funky bar for drinks.

A real gem in Brighton. Stayed for two nights and really felt at home. Decor great, very clean and the owners very friendly. Chilled out atmosphere. Location just off the seafront, perfect for walking off the delicious breakfast. Will definitely be back.

I was really dissapointed and I felt quite ripped off having paid £80+ for a night in a 'boutique' hotel. Our room was tiny - and the shower was horrible. I felt conned. The up-side was the breakfast - which was nice, but still not worth the price we paid.
