Where do i start to describe how much we enjoyed the stay in the Heathers. We were greeted by the owner who had a lovely smile and checked us in with no problem. We then went up to our rooms which were lovely and clean and on each of our beds were towels and soap. The bathroom was a little on the small side but it served its purpose.

When we were ready to head out, we went down stairs and met the owner again who helped us so much to find all the places we were going and even provided us with a map.

The beds were extremely comfortable I had an excellent nights sleep. When we went down to breakfast, surprise surprise we met the owner again who still had a smile on her face and asked us how our evening was. Breakfast consisted of a choice of cereals, orange juice, tea, coffee, plenty of toast and a lovely fry up which was well needed! I cannot say how much myself and my party enjoyed our stay at the heathers, a lovely hotel and warm welcoming staff.

CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! I used this hotel for a stag do and it was excellent! Rooms were great with everything you need! all the staff were very friendly and welcoming! would definitly use again and would recommend to anyone, breakfast was lovely in the morning too!!

Good location and nice toast. Shame they were about the only good points. After booking a Hen weekend with a Hen party organiser we discovered we would be staying at the Heathers. Dormatory rooms and bunk beds are great for school kids, unfortunately not so great for 25+ year old women. Bathrooms were pretty clean but the showers were a disaster. Barely a trickle of water which occasionally sprayed in the right direction if you were very lucky. Two temperatures, burn your skin off hot or give you frost bite cold. Breakfast consisted of a plate of grease with some uncooked sausage and bacon floating around in it. Beans had so much pepper on them they were inedible. The water feature coming through the ceiling in the breakfast room was an interesting touch.

I booked this hotel for 11 of us on a stag weekend. The staff were all fantastic! Couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. Even helped us out with getting into the main part of town, which is only a short walk away!

The rooms are basic but very clean and modern with plenty of towels and tea/coffee!

In the morning there were even more friendly staff with smiles all round and full english breakfasts with lots of hot drinks and juice - much needed after a night out in Brighton!!

A very pleasant stay, thoroughly recommended and would definitely book again.
