Had been looking for accomodation in and around Rye, and we were recomended to stay here by another guest house that was fully booked. Thank you.
Mermaid Street is steep and cobled, Jeake's House hundreds of years old, we feel privilaged to have been able to stay in such a wonderful place.
Very warm and welcoming staff,
Car parking fairly close by.
Apothery bedroom amazing, although a few steep stairs to climb but very worth while, just as shown on website, black and gold, huge ingle-nook fireplace, and suprisingly very good plumbing (shower fab) in such an old house. Very clean.
The breakfast must be the best we have ever had. Choices included salmon and eggs, smoked haddock fantastic !
Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.
