room we stayed in was called catherine sinclair nice room with deep sunken infinity bath but the room could have had a good hoover.windows would not open as painted shut and wood shaveings between window and secondary double glazing. NO TEA OR COFFEE MAKEING FACILITIES IN ROOM. BAD as a 4star hotel goes, i have had a better 2 star b&b. stairs needed a good clean not done in 3 days we were there. breakfast was POOR,just fruit juce, cereal,3 choice of fruit and yogut . toast and jam / marmalade. you have to pay extra for full english or outher selection of hot food.Considering the price it is VERY OVERPRICED would not revisit, for any price. holiday inn or premier inn a lot better value for money . we went for a 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary, and paid a lot more than useual for a break away. we stayed at the london waldorf, less money and better. sory if this is a bad review but justified.
