We were looking for a Bed & Breakfast as a base while we toured the Cotswolds and my daughter recommended the 'Clothiers Arms' in Stroud . Best piece of advice I have ever taken!

The room we stayed in was cosy and comfortable. The pub, which is freehold and carries a quantity of different beers, some quite esoteric, was equally as cosy with friendly and efficient staff.
However, the jewel in the crown, is the restaurant. I have eaten in countless restaurants ranging from ‘greasy spoons’ to 5 star ‘luxury’ and I rate this one as one of the very best.

Why I rate the Clothier Arms restaurant so highly is that the food is not only well presented but it has TASTE! Too many so called high class restaurants profess their food has that 'homemade taste' which everyone craves but rarely deliver. The Clothiers delivers it with spades

We enjoyed ourselves on our Cotswold sojourn but it was made that much more special with our stay at the Clothiers Arms. Well done and we will be going back!
