We stayed here in October 2005 for two nights as our niece was having her wedding reception here.

The rooms were varied in size for the different members of our party and my only complaint would be that our bed was rather small, we are used to a king size bed! Our room and many of our party’s were situated off the courtyard.

We had a bar supper on the night we arrived and it was fantastic quality and value; we were very impressed. Likewise, breakfast the next morning was delicious.

When we returned from the church to the hotel we had canapés, while all the guests mingled and had drinks; all very civilised.

The function suite for the wedding reception was quite impressive and the hotel were able to provide a high quality screen for the best man’s hi-tech speech with appropriate power point presentation!

Over all, we were impressed with the hotel, but if we returned we would certainly ask, specifically, for twin beds.
