While we always enjoyed our stay here, we were disappointed by the handling last time:
We were charged rooms we did not book ahead, after beeing begged by the owner to bring more guests in. So we did bring two additional guests. After they checked out a few days later, we were charged the remaining time until we left, saying that they "assumed that the guests would stay as long as we". Said that they turned people down every day, but in the beginning I was the single only person there... Would not reason with us, said she will charge us every pound. So had to open a case with the local court...

Apart from that, the rooms are good (#1 is the best) but tiny, cleaning is not very good after the first few days, breakfast is good. A 15min. walk from centre, but nice location next to the Hilton.

“Comfortable Relaxed Atmosphere”

Arrived Friday 12th October for two nights. Arrived to a welcoming host and were given plenty of entertainment information for the weekend. When booking we were advised in advance that we were to have a twin room with no sea view. We were not disappointed. Room was spacious, clean and with all facilities you would expect in a good hotel such as TV, Tea Coffee, and en suite facilities. Food served was freshly made to order and of very good quality. On a sunny day, their front garden is a very pleasant place to spend a relaxing afternoon reading and enjoying their cream teas and freshly made sandwiches which were delicious.
Chris and Tricia are very friendly and nothing appeared to be an inconvenience.
The location is ideal being only 10 minutes walk to the tower but far enough away to have some peace and quiet at night.

“Fabulous stay”

Have just returned from a weekend trip to Blackpool. We chose this hotel because of the great reviews it had and hoped that it would be good. It was fantastic.
The owners were very friendly and helpful - definitely wanted the guests to enjoy their holiday and offered lots of helpful hints and advice to make the most of our weekend.
Everything was just as you would want it. Lovely bedroom furnishings and comfortable bed. En suite was clean, modern with nice towels, plenty of hot water, hand wash and shower gel. View from our sea facing room was superb.
Breakfast was a real highlight. Excellent choice of options with the full English being the favourite. It was nice to have a well cooked and presented breakfast that was not greasy and that used good quality ingredients. All cereals, sauces, jams, spreads etc were premium branded products which highlights the owners attention to details and quality.
Our son was pleased that he had brought his laptop as there was free wifi as well as a good TV with loads of channels.

This is my second stay at this hotel and it's just a good as i remember. The hotel and the rooms are spotless and have everything that you require. The breakfast offers a wide selection and will definetly set you up for the day.

The hotel is in a great location and is only a few minutes from the town centre and the owners will make you feel at home.

Will be returning next year for sure!!
