Being here on business, I am now 'living' in the Windsor Carlton and have been for the last 5 weeks.

Chris and Trish are great and can't fault them for the service, the breakfast is plentiful and has all the bases covered.

Dinner is amazing, Trish is a good cook and does amazing food and you must try the cakes *DROOL*, put it this way, you don't have to eat out, better value, better quality food than most of the places in town.

Rooms (I have now stayed on most of them) are clean, spacious and have onsuite bathroom, PS. Room 1 is the best :)

Wifi is free and available throughout the hotel, there is a nice spot outside the hotel for watching sunsets and sitting outside when the weather is mild and dry.

A wonderful place. Very clean and tidy, wonderful food and Trish and Chris are very friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

I stayed in the large family room facing the sea and enjoyed the view and the room.

The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked to order, with a wide range of cooked breakfast items and cereals and yoghurts too. The home made cakes are to die for.

Room was just like the internet pictures, in excellent condition and spotless. Big selection for breakfast and plentiful, decent dinner menu at an affordable price. They turn the heat off in the middle of the night and feared of freezing, but the lovely quilt on the bed kept me very warm and was not a problem. Had severve winds all night long and the entire building began to vibrate along with the bed which was a bit frightening. In the morning , the owners told us that the waves were hitting the seawall causing the entire block to shake. Being slightly handicapped, the lack of a lift in this old Victorian building was my biggest complaint.

Just returned from this lovely hotel and had a great time in Blackpool. Chris and Tricia the owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Taxis were ordered for us, and the food Tricia made us was delicious and a great starter for our night on the town. The rooms are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The heating was on full and it was toasty warm. The bathroom had a heated towel rail which was nice too. The location is great and the only noise was caused by us arriving back there at 3.30am singing!! (sorry everyone)!! To top it off, the choice of freshly made breakfasts was amazing and after having the mother of all hangovers, we were told we could go back to bed as they would clean our room last,(3pm)!!! Bless you Chris and Tricia, we will be back soon, and would suggest to anyone looking for quality and value for money to book this hotel, its FAB. A great BIG pat on your backs for doing such an excellent job, well done.

“Rooms just like the web pics!!”

Windsor Carlton

myself, partner and son all stayed at the windsor carlton for 1 night in october and had a lovely stay.

was wary how it would be after booking on the net but was pleased that it was just like the web pics and spotless bathroom.

Windson Carlton is located a nice walk from the centre so not too noisy at night and a nice walk to see the lights.

only downside is that the door of our room did have a large gap at the bottom and the young guys did wake us up at 6am even though they werent noisy.

Cheap drink and friendly owners we hope to return next year!!
