“THE BEST PEOPLE YOU COULD MEET”

We have just returned from a 4 night stay with Heather&Phil we are 4 people with learning disabilties and and 4 carers and what a great time we had .First we were made very welcome from arrival with a nice cup of tea after 10 minutes Phil & Heather knew all our names and were so freindly to us all. The rooms are clean and tidy and very warm( needed in feb) We booked evening meals and they were very good . One evening we went out to eat at the MED reconmended by Phil&Heather so good they came with us . The bar is fab we had a good old sing song and plenty to drink . All we can say is thankyou for letting us use your home and putting up with us and are funny ways at a steal of a price WE WIIL BE BACK

I have stayed in a number of hotels in blackpool in past years but this one has got to be the best.Stayed for new year 2007.I found it myself on the internet and would recommend to all.It is run by two of the friendlest people ever.They welcome you to there hotel and it's your home for your stay.The food is great,the bedrooms are clean and comfortable,the bar is rock'in!!!
I stayed with my 7 year old daughter who thought it was great and has asked if we can go back next new year!!

Booked on the strength of the reviews on this site - big mistake. I'll start by giving directions - go past the blackpool tower, turn left at the lap dancing club, past the sex shop, past the pound shop and its on the left!!! Really rough area not at all child friendly area and I would not have liked to have been out late at night. Hotel clean and hosts were friendly and good breakfast. Bar not open though when we stayed. Rooms all need updated, very old fashioned. Having said that, it looked the same decor as a lot of B&Bs were in the area. This does not come up to the standard of a hotel in my opinion (nor do most 'hotels' in blackpool in this category). Blackpool as a whole was tacky and grotty and needs an overhaul.

My partner and I stayed here in December. Fantastic! Loved the music themed bar (we just love all kinds of music). The room was really nice as was the food, altogether we couldn't fault it. This must be one of the best value hotels in the whole of Blackpool. Recommended.

Dont know why this hotel has to have 5 star rating it deserves 10 we first stayed in this hotel in aug 2007 we enjoyed it so much we returned in sept 2007. the rooms are lovely and clean the food is delicious and the entertainment by Phil the host is good whilst Heather Phils wife is making sure everyone is having a good time, this couple work so hard to keep their residents happy i would say it has rather cheap rates for where it is situated very near to the prom, my hubby and I have said we will certainly visit the hotel again, Once again Heather and Phil thankyou for a wonderful few days we spent with you.
