Rooms spotless as usual., we have stayed several times in one of the fabulous suites and have just got engaged on our anniversary!!!!!!
Returning with the gang soon and on our own for three days in August.
Big thankyou to all @ Raffles , the best in Blackpool.

Hi there, stayed at the fabulous raffles hotel on the 7th & 8th May and can't praise this hotel highly enough. Very clean, modern, homely hotel who have owners who you will find hard to fluster as nothing is to much bother for these two guys.
Got up late for breakfast after a hard night out in the town expecting to be told we were to late for the fabulous breakfast we had the day before but this was not the case and what a saver this was TOP CLASS. Would not hesitate in recomending this hotel to everyone and beleive me i have stayed in plenty hotels in Blackpool over the last 20 years.
Once again Top Class Raffles hotel and i will be returning here again soon.

Had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Ian & Graham are to be commended for their friendly and welcoming business style. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were excellent (double bed in a single room, spacious twin). Likewise for the food, The breakfast (always the mark of a Great Hotel) had plenty of variety, but The Full English Breakfast is worth a return visit alone. In the words of Arnie I'LL BE BACK!!!! Miss Staying At This Establishment At Your Peril!!!!!

we stayed at this hotel in march 2007 for 2 nights. We were offered the choice between 2 rooms on arrival, both spotlessly clean. bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable (which is usually a problem for most hotels in blackpool) . Decor was up to date clean and fresh (no wallpaper hanging off or peeling and no woodchip either) There was allocated parking avaliable directly outside hotel (no fighting for spaces on the road). breakfasts were again very nice and enough to keep you going well into the day (plenty of choice). Evenings were very enjoyable thanks to the barman Phil, very polite and chatty had some good conversations, bar opens at 09-30am and shuts at midnight so its great to chillout and have a couple of drinks. all staff were very helpful. phil pointed us in the right direction for a nice resturant which did turn out to be fantastic, he even gave us some free tickets to an event taking place that weekend in blackpool. All in all a very good hotel i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

    • Liked — cleanliness, Phil the barman. just about everything nothing negative really to say except the view which cannot be helped
    • Disliked — just the view from window(it was another hotel) but we only slept in the room so didnt cause us a problem.

I stayed in this small, but perfectly formed hotel for three nights in January 2007. WOW the place is spotless! The house keeping is second to none. An amazing breakfast was served each morning by Graham (co-owner) and was cooked to perfection by Ian (co-owner). There was a choice from a menu each morning - the full English is my advice! There is a nice relaxing lounge/bar in which to enjoy your favourite tipple in the evenings accompanied with some nice background music. Don't bother with any other hotel in town you've found the best.
