Was made to feel very welcome by all the staff
the room was very clean
and the breakfast was excellent

will stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!

me and a bunch of my friends stayed here for a 21st birthday.... we werent greeted with a smile just a sour faced character telling us how much we owed him!!!!
when we went down for drinks that night got told if we bought a blue wristband for £5 each we could get in all sorts of bars for free and get free drinks etc! we went to 3 of the bars that they told us and we got nothing..so we gave up on the fact we would benefit from these!!.... 13 of us paid for these!!so £65 for nothing!!!

like the other review sed they werent friendly at all.
we went out and came back in the early hours.... the others girls had returned first.in the morning they refused to give ANYONE breakfast when the rooms and breakfast was paid for!!!!!
one of my friends left her phone on reception and wen she came back for it they would not let her in and told her she was barred and her phone wasnt there. wen it was.we were forced to sit out on the pavement for about 2hrs until our minibus arrived.

as we all got on the minibus the owner came out and made a hand gesture to say he'd got the phone as we drove off.

not only did they rip us off with breaksfast (or lack of) and the wristband but they stole my friends phone too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! we will not be returning to this hotel again.

Carron and John are very friendly hosts and the centrally located hotel is very comfortable, warm and they serve a great breakfast. Will book again.

Just spent the weekend at the Sandringham and found it to be excellent. Good food, clean room and excellent service. Booked to go again in november.
