Reception staff were helpful - and upgraded us after a request to do so.

The room was altered on request to make into a twin - it was clean and tiday albeit very small. The shower - well you had to dance under it to get wet - but I've had worse.

Wi-fi provided f.o.c. which was extremely useful. Bars were clean, tidy and not overpriced.

Cooked breakfast was not great but cereal and fresh fruit were available.

The group of young females (about 10 of them) staying at the hotel decided to have the remains of their party on the landing at approx 2am - not too conducive to sleep!!

just returned from blackpool after a fantastic 2weeks stay in the strand. Jayne + Arron + all their staff made us very welcome .The freshly cooked food was delicious, with a variety of choices of all three courses,Mmm,scrumptious. They were very accomodating with the variation of times we needed for meals. Rooms were very clean+modern, bar+entertainment were excellent. Service was very good ,nothing was 2much trouble to them. already booked for next year. Been goin 2 blackpool for 11years.+stayed in various hotels but only once in each. this will be our 3rd time in strand. you dont no what your missing.

Been to Blackpool a few times and this is the best hotel by far ive been to, really stylish not ur usual flower curtains and bed spreads, this hotel is amazing. Rooms are very clean beds massive plenty mirror access (great for the ladies haha) i wish my bedroom back home was decorated like that its so smart and stylish, bathrooms nice, showers hot couldnt work it to start with but asked staff and they helped (if u dont ask u dont get).

Breakfast was delicious loved it could make one complaint and it was served up until 10am.

Staff were great a big thanks to them all for making our stay great and a special thanks to Karl behind the bar who kept our drinks flowing

Would reccomend this hotel to single people, families and couples it is amazing

just got back from a 2 night stay to celabrate our 16th wedding anniversary when we opened the door to our room my wife was surprised to see rose petals and candles on the floor and bed with a single rose, a bottle of champs and flowers on the side (see pictures) this started our stay off amazing, each morning you get a great breakfast fit for a king,we will be going back later this year to see the lights (take the kid this time lol) and will stay here again. all i can say to jane and your staff is thanks for a great weekend and see you soon.

Jane and Arran the hotel owners immediately made us feel very welcome. The Hotel is modern spacious and has a tasteful decor.

The staff are very pleasant and more than happy to assist. Try Carl the head bar person with the Kareoke!

The restaurant is both again modern and light, and the food was superb.

I'm sure your stay will be as fun and enjoyable as ours
