We booked this hotel direct with the owners for a weekend in Blackpool to see the Illuminations with our 9 year old daughter. We were pleased to have made such a good choice. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, very clean room, comfy beds, lovely breakfast, all home cooked, good service. In a lovely quiet street in the North, near to Queens Promenade. Trams and buses at the end of the street to take us to the Pleasure Beach.

A lovely, homely b+b in a quiet part of town, aprox 20 min walk from the centre.

David and Julie are excellent and friendly hosts who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasent as possible.

The rooms are clean,comfortable and modern, and the food is excellent.

Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

booked june 2006 regular visitor to blackpool.stayed in various hotels from 4star to bed breakfast.breakfast self service plenty of options all good.room ensuit neat clean .evening meal choice of food good .service good could not fault it on par with anything we have stayed at over a lot of years( 20 years) one bad point no entertainment even though has a big function room and the bar in function room was open
