I stayed in one of the single rooms here for 5 days and found it to be an absolutely outstanding hotel. The single room was downright tiny (see my photos), but the space is so well designed that I never really felt cramped; in fact, I felt less cramped here than I have in other rooms that were much larger in area but less well laid-out. The rooms are in great condition (having been open less than two years) and they seem to actively keep the place up (as evidenced by the painting that was ongoing in the hallways during my visit). In general, I felt like I was in a high-end boutique hotel, which I guess it is, just without the high-end price. The design throughout the place is very clean and modern, with high-end fixtures in the bathroom and a flat-panel television on the wall.
The location is excellent - it's a very short walk to the Earl's Court Tube station and good restaurants on Earl's Court Road, and not very far to Kensington Gardens, museums, and lots of other stuff. At the same time, it's very quiet; I very rarely heard any noise from adjacent or upstairs rooms, and the tucked-away location means that there is no street noise at all.
The staff were very helpful, offering restaurant recommendations along with discount coupons for several nearby places. They were also nice enough to let me check out late on the day that I left.
If I had to find something to complain about (and believe me, it's difficult), it would be the bed. It was comfortable enough to sleep in, but it felt rather cheap, especially when I sat on it (I could feel the springs inside, and they made lots of springy noises when sitting down or getting up).
In general, I think that this is a perfect place for a traveler who wants a nicer place at a relatively reasonable price.
