We stayed at the Caesar for two nights in February. Our executive room came in at about GBP 116/night, which is an amazing price for its location. We were a 15 minute walk from the shops on Oxford Street, and within minutes of Hyde Park. I liked the fact that the rooms have laminate wood floors instead of carpet and were also modern. The room we stayed in (first floor beside the restaurant) was very spacious and clean. The only complaints we have are that we could hear noise from the hotel restaurant/bar quite clearly, but I think it closed around 12 so there wasn't noise indoors throughout the night; and that the wifi wasn't as user-friendly as it could have been (had to constantly log in on the same devices over and over). We will stay there again, though, as long as the prices stay competitive.
