Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wifi was amazingly fast, I have a good connection at home but this was 100 times faster than that. It's very well located and a easy stroll from Buckingham Palace. I was amazed with the number of staff, they were every where and very friendly. The lobby is a bit underwhelming but the main hotel is very good.
Had easily the best breakfast of any hotel, it was amazing. I did ask for salted butter and was told they don't have any, strange. I came back to my room one day and they were changing the sheets, I asked they why as I had only been there for two nights at that stage, I was told they change them every day! What a waste of resources, they need a card you can leave on the bed if you don't want them changed, just like they do for the towels.
I highly recommend this hotel.
