Recently stayed at the sapphire hotel. First impressions were very good, hotel looked clean and well looked after. Had to ring the door bell to check in. The lad who answered and showed us in was was polite and friendly. He told us breakfast was in there sister hotel 5 doors along ( this didn't bother me or my girlfriend as we don't eat breakfast but I could see it being a problem for those that do). He said our room was on the 3rd floor unfortunately there was no lift so we had to walk up 3 flights of staires.
The room it self was a good size. It had plenty off tea/coffee available and a fridge in the room. The only thing the room needed was a dressing table and chair to make it easier to get ready for a night out. The bed it's self was clean and comfy with a proper quilt not the horrible blankets you normally get, the only other thing it need was 2 pillows each not the 1 each we had.
The bathroom its self was narrow but still a good size
If I was stayin in hammersmith I would use the hotel again but I would ask for a 1st floor room
