Stayed at the Soho Hotel at the end of August for a 3 night break with my wife and daughter. The location was perfect, the staff from booking to checking out excellent! The room was outstanding, the bar and food wonderful especially the breakfast absolutely faultless and extremely attentive staff. Can't wait to return in February 15 for another short break!!

Room tip: You will be happy with any room but obviously the larger rooms are wonderful

My daughter booked the hotel for my birthday weekend the hotel is lovely the staff are so obliging the breakfasts are to die for. And what's more they upgraded us because it was my birthday

The room was everything and more you would expect a good hotel to offer

I would like to thank Firmdale Hotels for never failing to offer such delightful accommodation

Would I recommend the chain of hotels. Most definitely

Room tip: Any would be good

My wife and I stayed at the Soho Hotel for her 30th birthday. It was the perfect stay but the Soho Hotel is amongst the best hotels in London all of which offer roughly the same services in brilliant locations so that isn't saying a lot.

What makes the Soho Hotel unique is its contemporary, colourful and eclectic decor, homely and intimate environment, private cinema and urban setting right in the heart of one of the most dynamic parts of London.

I don't stay in five star hotels often so I found the bill fairly eye watering and the view from our room could have been improved on but this is central London!

The best review comes from my wife who has already asked when we are going back.

Many 5 star hotels do not live up to their rating but The Soho Hotel absolutely deserves all 5 stars. Good bar, nice restaurant, great location (love the off street entrance), friendly/helpful staff (delivering excellent service every time), beautifully appointed rooms (even though our room did not have a view it was large, nicely decorated and very quiet) and a very contemporary environment (the honour bar is a great idea). I've stayed at this hotel on business and pleasure and it has never disappointed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a central hotel with great amenities.

My wife and I went to London for a 4 night stay in late October 2014. From the time we walked through the door, we knew we made an excellent decision. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very boutique style. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bed was a little soft and I wasnt crazy about the pillows but that is just my taste. Breakfast was very nice. Again service was great. Not let me tell you about the location. Great location to walk to Picadilly, Covent Garden, Regent Street, Chinatown or anywhere else in the west end. Plenty of restaurants in a very close proximity. I was very pleased with our choice. Although this hotel has a 5 star price, it is a 5 star hotel.

Room tip: We stayed in room 204 and there is a pub down below. It was noisy Saturday night but other than that night, it was fine.
