I have already tried to submit review, not sure why, but my review has not been allowed, maybe the truth was to much.
I travel a lot around England,London( my part time work and degree studies allows this) and am not in to *smear* campaigns or such like, my initial review of Think is accurate and fair, but the cold truth which have been to much to accept.
Okay, in short.
I had money removed from my account and was told *this has not happened*, by a snobby girl on reception, and when it transpired that Think were at fault, me, anyone but them were to blame, booking .com was to blame according to them,.though money was returned, they then kept my holding fee...not a good move.
I have stayed at Tower Bridge location twice..and the last time in May will be last time, I would rather stay at a *basic* Premier Inn...much friendly..and some other stuff I appear not allowed to be able to go in to here.
My studio flat was okay, shower room was not good, shower took forever to drain and flooded floor on more than one occasion..
On a positive note, Sanji and essem are lovely staff here and thank them for making my stay somewhat bearable, but will never return..ever.
