The staff is great, very friendly and make you feel at home. Food is exceptionally tasty, and the rooms were nice... but I have decided not to change hotel because:

1. I could hear everything that was going outside my window and my door. it was as if all of it was taking place in my room.

2. The cleaner kept on turning off the radiator. so I would arrive at the room and find out its freezing and have to go and find the single radiator that worked and put in on maximum heating then get into bed to keep warm in the meanwhile.

3. the dinner was very expenssive. for 18 £ for a main course and 23£ for a first course and main course, I got very little left of my daily allowance.

Stayed here last year and heartily recommend it. Easy to access city centre, room was clean tidy and well kept. Bathroom was a bit of an 80's throwback. However the biggest selling point of this hotel must be the food. Two AA Rosettes and you can see why - its excellent, although they should loose the muzak.

Stayed for two nights and can't think of anything negative to say at all.Great location and the food was something else.If you stay have an evening meal...it was delicous.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and it made a big difference to our stay.

Great hotel, one of the nicest I’ve stayed at for a long time.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is basically two large townhouses linked by a glass corridor and the rooms are on either ground or first floor, there’s no lift.

My single room, although very small was well decorated, clean, tidy and well appointed. The bathroom, however, was very small.

All meals were excellent and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
