We had a meal at the River Green on Saturday night, the food was fantastic, I'm not a vegetarian (guests were), yet I found the food choice enough to make anyones mouth water! I had a Tagine with sweet potatos, chick peas and cous cous, the flavours and smells coming from the dish, brilliant!
Our guests both said it was one of the best vegetarian restaurants they had ever eaten at.
The staff were friendly, polite and service couldn't be faulted. The selection of fairtrade wines at reasonable prices £13 upwards, was good.
Overall bill with 3 courses each and half a bottle of wine each, around £30/head.
