We stayed at Dunsley Hall for 2 nights in February. We absolutely loved every second of it.
We had dinner bed and breakfast and the food at dinner was sublime. I would recommend anyone staying there to eat at the hotel, the food cannot be faulted, compliments to the chef.
Upon entering the hotel we were shown to our room by a lovely member of staff and then offered complinetary tea/coffee in the lounge downstairs which we gladly accepted!
All the staff were so incredibly firendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Our bedroom was beautiful, the room was huge with an amazing view over the large gardens and a view of the sea.
My partner and I had a hard time working out why this hotel is only 3*!
If we had one complaint (very minor) it was that the mattress on the bed was not the most comfortable, it sloped away from you so you felt a bit like you were falling out of the bed! However, this was the only complaint we had in a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
If you are visiting Whitby and the surrounding area, stay here, you won't be disappointed.
