Stayed here for my mother in laws birthday weekend of the 11th jan.Check in great the young girl on reception was so hospitable. On our return to the hotel at tea tme we asked for somewhere to eat at the evening as the restaurant was shut for the whole weekend we were there but unfortunatley we were not told about this in advance... anyway the lady on the bar/reception told us she didnt eat out so couldnt advise anywhere!!!!! Breakfast was great the next morning, but once again at the evening we were sat in the bar area having a drink(and there were five of us) and around 10.15 and the bar just shut no question of would you like another drink just shut and then the lady started turning the lights off whilst we were sat there and plumping up cushions anyway we just took ourselves off to bed i think in shock anyway it ddnt spoil our weekend we can laugh about it now but at the time it wasnt funny. but as i said nice place great location unfortunatley some staffing issues.
