A fantastic place to visit and take your kids. Its a huge great long cave with one or two tight squeezes (for me anyway) and a lot of low roofs. The big chamber/ cavern at the end of the walk is a bit special; well worth the walk! I came here before with my children (about 5 years ago I think) and I have to say that their level of customer service has improved!! Rob M.

I have had 2 parties down these caves and all of my friends have loved it!
They are great to go down if you have never done so before.

They point out lots of weird and wonderful things like "Witche's Fingers" etc.

A must see attraction.

White Scar Cave is excellent! What else can I say - this is britain's longest show cave and is a good miles walk from start to finish with 98 steps on the way! You are on a infomative guided tour which lasts 80 minutes and provided with hard hats (once inside you can see why!) - BE WARNED it does get VERY low in places, so not really ideal if you have back problems!

The cave itself is an amazing site - waterfalls and natural rock formations. The 'Battlefield Cavern' is brilliant.

White Scar is certainly a cave to see and excellent value for money - do wear sensible footwear though as the paths are made out of metal grids but are wet in places so beware!

When we visited there was several school trips just entering the caves and you do have to pass by with a tight squeeze although it is all very well organised.

White Scar is certainly worth visiting and good value for money - a must if you are in the area!
