This small hotel is around 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town and station. It's tucked away in a residential area and seems to be a modern conversion of a corner terrace. Rooms are small and okay for one; a family would really struggle. It's not cheap, but that just reflects Oxford where good value is very hard to find (in everything!). On arrival there was no-one at reception. Another guest was waiting for service as the TV in her room didn't work (neither did mine as it turned out). My room looked okay but the shower was mouldy in places - typical of a conversion where the air circulation is inadequate. Breakfast is supposed to be brought to the room (there are no public areas in the hotel) but mine never arrived. Upon chasing, there was again no one in reception. So not to be recommended, I am afraid.More
