Stayed here for a Saturday night out in Sheffield, hotel near the Ponds Forge Tram, and very easy to find off the main parkway roundabout, very well sign posted.

The foyer was very nice, the staff very friendly, the room was a bit smelly though, although it was a smoking room which we didnt mind as it was a very quiet room (we slept with the window open all night).

The bathroom was a bit smelly i think it was the drains (although bonus shower gel included!). Great value, we got the room for £38 which is a bargain, 24 hour food/bar, lots of facilties on site. Car Park right next door, (Q Park) was £10.50 for 24 hours.

Tip park at Ponds Forge and the parking for 24 hours is only £5.00. Late check out on Saturday and Sundays @2pm!!!! Which was fabboo. Tea and Coffee making facitlies. I think if you can get booked in early enough.. stay here it is a bargain at £38.00!

this hotel has crammed as many rooms into the building a spossible the staff are not very helpful and the area that the hotel is in is plagued by rats. it is in the market end of sheffield and is very scruffy. the cleanliness inside the hotel is ok but i wouldn't stay here again

me and my partner stayed here for one night, myself to go shopping. The hotel is a bit pricy, the room was adequate and very clean. shower was excellent. For people that stay there regular even for only one night there should be special rates. The only trouble with travel lodges is you have to book online, they do not let you go into the the hotel to book by cash. As my partner prefers to do this , it causes a problem.

well the rooms stunk ov sewers, there was urine dried up under loo seat, pubic hairs in shower, dirty stains on bedding, bar area too small, smoking seats about 6 people, breakfast area is the bar area and restaurant, no full english, continental only, the pix of the hotel on website ibis sheffield, is not the ibis sheffield, so its a waste lookin at pix cos it aint that hotel, there is no grilled meats on menu, although it states it on website, and theres no free parking either, u have to park across the road in carpark which only allows u to stay for 6 hours, or up the road in carpark, if its open, the night manager is a complete muppet, who just says i understand wat u saying, although he doesnt and repeats his self, we were lucky we demanded a refund and checked out and booked in to the premier inn, which was 100 times better, so if u r thinking ov staying at the ibis sheffield, think again, its a hell hole.
