My wife and I and our son, daughter in law and three year old grandson were in Bath for only one evening, a Friday. In addition, I required a ground floor room with an accessible shower. Due to the policy of many B&B's of requiring a minimum two night stay on weekends and accessibility issues, our choices were quite limited. Thus, we were delighted when Aquae Sulis advised us that it could accommodate us. My wife and I stayed in the King Edgar room and my son and his family stayed in the Sally Lunn room. Our room was a bit small but it was well appointed, beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and most comfortable. Our son's room comfortably accommodated two beds, one for him and his wife and one for their son. Most importantly, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to respond to our needs. Although the facility is on the edge of town, the sights for which Bath is known were easily reached by bus which was available just a few steps from the door.In short, we had a delightful stay and I highly recommend this establishment.
