Simply the best.

Very nice hotel, looks nice, elegant - could pass for a 5 star easily.
Rooms excellent and nice and spacious. Changing rooms were fine although could be a little more modern and updated but apart from that no problems.

The only slight downside was that breakfast could of been bettter - the bacon was undercooked but the waiter made sure it was ok when he got us some more. Nothing too much trouble for them.

Hotel is difficult to find - just of the A3 and handy to have a Tesco 2 minute walk! Would definitley come here again

We stayed at this hotel for 2 months in between houses. The location was good, the rooms a bit tired but the staff were wonderful. Whoever manages this place deserves a medal - all the staff are extremely friendly and go the extra mile. Well done!!

The air condfitioning unit for the gym at the Guildford holiday Inn has not been working this year and only worked spasmodically since being owned by The Holiday Inn group. The extensive beauty salon has not been manned for at least a year, the rooms left unused. The swimming pool is not supervised and the changing facilities leave a lot to be desired.
This facility within the hotel has severely deteriorated and has been sadly neglected and in need of refurbishment.
