Lovely place, excellent customer service - all staff extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food is organic where possible and very good. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, The room was of high quality and very clean, the food was excellent and cooked to perfection.The outside garden grounds are very well mantained and very home away from home. The team at the hotel gave us great service in all accounts the overall stay at the hillside hotel in guildford was excellent and would recomend the hotel.

I always feel as if I am a family guest when I stay here. Rooms are delightfully decorated and so comfortable. The "supper" menu which is taken in the small cosy bar - lounge is excellent. I was told if no one was around just help myself to the bar and leave a note of what I had!

If you love your breakfast, as I do, you really won't be dissapointed - it truly is the best meal of the day.

Fantastic hotel with ultra friendly staff.

We paid the extra £10 for a Superior room - it was lovely, the bed was very comfortable with a duvet rather than sheets and blankets, large room with modern bathroom and lots of big white towels!

The staff were fantastic, when we arrived they reserved a table for us at a local restaurant (although next time we'll stay there as the menu looked delicious), organised taxis and generally couldn't have been more helpful!

You won't be disappointed! I hope we'll be going back.
